Located in Surrey, Premier SAQ are a family run club providing a specialist sports programme focused on Speed, Agility, and Quickness techniques. Our aim is to help children of all abilities find their love for sport and fitness. Hosted by a qualified personal trainer and qualified FA football coach we provide a unique, fun and fresh approach to training. Whether you're a beginner or sports enthusiast, Premier SAQ will assist you in reaching your full potential.



Speed, Agility and Quickness Training aims to improve a child's multi directional movement and coordination within their chosen sport. We have adapted the SAQ training methods traditionally performed by top level athletes and developed a creative and fun programme to enable your child to reach their full sporting potential.

Often referred to as utilising a combination of core and lower body strength, in order to move as fast as possible in a straight line. Sounds simple.....however, if you struggle with keeping up in a race or accelerating away from your team mates and opponents, adding speed drills tailored by our SAQ team will help improve your ability and overall performance.

The ability to change direction and accelerate while in motion. For example when a footballer sees an opponent preparing to tackle he/she must be able to change direction whilst maintaining ball control. The same rule can be applied to tennis, basketball, netball and many other sports. The ability to change direction while in motion is the key to sports success.

Not to be confused with speed! Quickness is in regards to your instant reflexes. Your ability to change your body into position within your first few steps, whilst maintaining balance and precision. Quickness drills and support from our SAQ team will help your body react with explosiveness, overall assisting you to be a quicker athlete.
